Skanska Group HQ is looking for an Analytics Business Partner to join the Group Function IT team at the headquarters in Stockholm.

In this role, you’ll be the trusted link between business functions and the Analytics & Data team, building strong partnerships, identifying analytical needs, and ensuring that data solutions create real business value.

What you’ll do

• Be the go-to person for business functions seeking analytics or data support
• Translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements
• Champion the adoption of data-driven practices across the organization
• Drive alignment between business goals and analytics capacity
• Liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Conduct regular discovery sessions with business partners to identify pain points, opportunities, and strategic objectives
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting, strengthen data literacy, and enable self-service analytics
• Support efforts to measure and report on the business impact of analytics initiatives
• Support the Vice President, Analytics & Data with various activities as needed

What we’re looking for

• BSc or MSc in a relevant field
• 3–5 years´ experience in business analysis, consulting, or data-focused roles in large organizations
• Strong communication, facilitation and relationship-building skills
• Solid understanding of how analytics can create business value
• Ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
• Familiarity with modern analytics stacks (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Oracle Analytics Cloud, data lakes/warehouses, governance frameworks) is beneficial
• Fluency in English (Swedish is a plus)

Nice to Have

• Experience with decentralized organizations, change management, or training others
